
Hannan Ben Yosef is an Associate with Surmount. Hannan joined Surmount in 2021 and is currently responsible for brokering acquisitions and dispositions of properties nationally. Throughout his career, Hannan has worked with some of the largest private and institutional real estate investors and owners. Through building and maintaining a trustworthy network of relationships, combined with meticulously learning about clients' criteria, market and financing needs, Hannan delivers exceptional value to a wide base of clientele, which includes private equity firms, REITs, family offices, corporations, business and franchise owners, and high net worth individuals. Hannan helps clients increase their cash flowing assets and grow their capital via multigenerational investment properties that require minimal to no landlord responsibilities. Throughout his career, Hannan assisted clients in closing on more than 100 deals totaling over $500 million in transaction volume. Prior to working with Surmount, Hannan served as an airborne infantry paratrooper in the Israel Defense Forces, volunteered with Hand in Hand Family Services (now Braverhood) – a nonprofit organization caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, and interned at Highline Advisory. Hannan graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Finance and Investments and a minor in Mathematics and is currently residing in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and daughter.
