Hannah Perl

Hannah Perl is a Vice President at Metro Commercial Real Estate, bringing expertise in product leasing, sales, and tenant representation. Since joining Metro in 2019, Hannah has grown into a key leader known for her analytical approach, client-first mindset, and ability to execute complex transactions alongside mentor Jonathan Hyman. Her real estate foundation began at Millennium Properties R/E, where she developed skills in market research, zoning review, valuation support, and business development. This early experience set the stage for her success at Metro and continues to inform her strategic work with clients today. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign with degrees in Political Science and Business, Hannah is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and active ICSC member.
