Hannah Hannuksela

I grew up in Aurora, MN, a small town on the Iron Range. Real estate has always intrigued me, I ultimately chose to pursue a degree in Real Estate with dual minors in Sales & Marketing and Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In the summer of 2024, I joined the Caspian Group as a summer intern, an experience that affirmed my desire to build my career with them. I obtained my MN and WI Salesperson licenses and transitioned into an associate role at Caspian while finishing my last semester of college. Throughout my academic career, I’ve delved into every aspect of real estate, including development, sales, finance, marketing, and management. My experiences, including multiple internships and roles centered around finance and real estate, have provided me with a strong foundation and a comprehensive perspective on the industry. I’m passionate about real estate because of the opportunity it offers to help people and build meaningful, lasting connections. I believe in working with integrity and purpose to achieve any goal I set. Outside of work, I enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction, boating on Minnesota lakes, taking long walks, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.
