Hannah Goetz

Hannah began working with Colliers | Wisconsin in the summer of 2023. As a Transaction Manager for the Investment Sales team, she focuses on leveraging data to produce detailed deal analyses and effective marketing campaigns, while facilitating all transactions to provide a seamless and positive client experience. During her time at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Hannah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies, with a focus on entrepreneurship. Her background is in multifamily investments, previously working as a Transaction and Marketing Coordinator for one of Wisconsin’s leading multifamily investment sales teams. With her experience in commercial real estate and strong marketing and analysis skills, Hannah is committed to achieving growth and success alongside the investment sales team and adding value to the clients she works with
