
Hank specializes in industrial and flex properties in the San Diego area. Prior to joining SRS, he was a Vice President at Colliers. A longtime San Diego local, Hank has completed transactions across numerous North County submarkets, His expertise includes financial analysis, lease negotiations, purchase and sale negotiations, market analysis, and property valuation. In 2023, Hank facilitated more than 40 transactions totaling over $100 million. Hank earned his B.A. in economics from the University of San Diego. He is an active member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, running, and quality time with family and friends.
