In order to provide his clients a more entrepreneurial engagement, Han decided to operate GIG as its own company independent from any national franchises affiliation. Since its full inception, GIG has multiplied its client’s net worth through multifamily investments and quickly becoming the top multifamily boutique firm in San Gabriel Valley. Even though he started his commercial real estate career only about 17 years ago, Han was able to build his own multifamily and commercial real estate portfolio in San Gabriel Valley and now offers his clients unique and professional insights of the apartment market, operations, and management as a fellow commercial real estate investor.
