Haley Lyons

Haley Lyons is an Associate in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Haley is responsible for project leasing on Mixed Use retail developments and shopping centers in metro Atlanta and across Georgia. Haley also works with tenants to expand their footprint within metro Atlanta. Prior to joining CBRE, Haley was a leasing assistant with Regency Centers where she was responsible for preparing lease documents, conducting market research, and performing administrative tasks for 20 grocery-anchored shopping centers spanning the Atlanta MSA. Haley received a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Florida State University in 2021. As a student, she was involved in Florida State University’s Real Estate Society and was awarded the ICSC Foundation FSU Real Estate Center Scholarship in 2019. Throughout her time at FSU, Haley served as an intern with Brixmor Property Group, Premier Commercial Group and Picerne Real Estate Group. Haley is currently active with ICSC Next Generation and enjoys being a resource for college students and networking with CRE professionals.
