He is a successful investor and developer with refined negotiating skills whose kindness wins the hearts of first time home buyers and seasoned investors alike. He stands by his clients through every step of the home selling or home buying process, equipping them with the knowledge they need and defending them every step of the way. He holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education in Science from Dowling College. He has been attending various continuing education programs. One of them is Harvard Kennedy School Negotiation Skills Program. Prior to changing career to real estate, Haldun spent 12 + years in establishment and development of regional and international think tanks, media agencies, academic institutes and non-profit organizations. Some of them are Caspian Strategy Institute, Caspian Forum, Critical Infrastructure Protection Program, and BCM Media Agency. Haldun is married with three children.
