Hal Eskenazi

The trick is finding the “right” space.” Hal Eskenazi is a professional real estate broker, holding licenses in New York and New Jersey. He is dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of tenants by working strictly as a tenant representative, thus avoiding any conflict of interest by attempting to represent both tenant and landlord. Having worked with a diversity of clients in Financial Service, Law, Advertising, Media, Health Care, Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing, Technology, Non-Profit, Real Estate and Service Organizations, allows Hal to understand that each organization has different needs and to address those needs accordingly. Hal has the ability to negotiate that great deal for his clients. His real estate experience has been with two of the most experienced tenant representation companies in real estate. For over two decades, prior to entering real estate, he managed a national consulting organization working with and advising senior management of such organizations like IBM, PwC, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Cognizant Technology Partners, Citicorp, Securities Firms. Outside of work, Hal is a long-distance cyclist, a league-certified instructor for the League of American Bicyclists, an advanced certified scuba diver, and an avid skier. He has served as both Vice President and Director of Special Events and as a member of the board for the New York Cycle Club and serves on the Leadership Team for Escape New York, an annual event to raise money for kids at risk. Additionally, he has served for the past 14 years as a volunteer for Open House New York, an organization that opens 250 architecturally significant properties throughout New York to the public annually.
