Guy has almost a decade of experience within the Midlands retail and leisure industry, starting his career with Lambert Smith Hampton before joining Avison Young’s Midland’s Retail Agency Team in 2017 . He has key experience in Shopping Centre, High Street and F&B Markets and has provided strategic consultancy advice to public bodies as well as landlords and tenants in the private sector. Guy now advises private and institutional landlords, regional property companies on High Street and Shopping Centre disposals as well developers and retailers in both acquisitions and disposals.
