Guy Ponticiello is an Executive Vice President of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Corporate Capital Markets Group, a global practice group, which provides a comprehensive range of services, including property and portfolio sales, structured finance solutions, valuation and advisory to occupier and investor clients. Based in Chicago, Guy assist clients with by providing solution services across a spectrum of their real estate needs. Mr. Ponticiello brings over 30 years of real estate advisory and transaction experience serving corporations, institutional investors and financial institutions. A significant component of Mr. Ponticiello’s transaction sales expertise stems from sale leaseback, build-to-suit developments, net lease investment sales, acquisitions and corporate surplus dispositions throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Ponticiello was employed by JLL for 18 years where he led its Corporate Finance and Net Lease Group, a national advisory and investment sales practice group for occupier and investor clients. Mr. Ponticiello has executed CRE transactions in excess of $25 billion during his career.
