Guy Minick

Guy Minick’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the consultation and sale of commercial real estate began during his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia. He attended the Terry College of Business’s real estate program, consistently ranked in the top five nationally. While there, Guy was one of five students selected to attend an inaugural service learning and start-up incubator in the country of Fiji where he co-founded his first business, Soso Stays, an innovative, for-profit homestay enterprise that was the first of its kind in the Pacific. While at school, he also co-founded the Society of Business Intelligence and participated in other various philanthropic organizations. Guy joined NAI Savannah in 2021 and began building his brokerage practice based on integrity, superior client service, and exceptional results. Guy was born and raised in Savannah on Isle of Hope and graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School.
