Guy Gravett

Guy M. Gravett has been a Realtor specializing in land transactions since 1986. He became Principal Broker in 2004 after purchasing Farms and Acreage, Inc. from his mentor, Verlin W. Smith, who was an active realtor for over fifty years. Guy, a Virginia native, graduated from Florida State University in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate. Guy’s work has included helping to create and implement a disposition strategy for such high profile projects as Moorefield Station and Arrowbrook Centre.
