Prior to becoming an advisor, he served Triqor as a market analyst where he was responsible for creating all financial and marketing materials for the team. His involvement in over $450m worth of transactions has given him an in-depth understanding of the market which he has transitioned to benefit his clients. As a member of Triqor Group’s premier apartment brokerage team, Gustavo assists his clients with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in Los Angeles & Orange County. He is able to strongly represent each of his clients needs by maximizing dollar value and creating wealth utilizing 1031- exchanges. He is committed to utilizing a network driven approach and maintaining a lifelong relationship with each of his clients. Gustavo graduated from Chapman University, is fluent in Spanish, and resides in Newport Beach, CA. In his free time, he enjoys sports & fitness, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends & family.
