Gus Overcash

Gus L. Overcash is the Director of Operations for AW Property Co. He oversees the company’s property services division and is primarily responsible for oversight of asset performance and strategy execution. Mr. Overcash has over ten years of experience in healthcare real estate management. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Overcash served as vice president of real estate services for Meadows & Ohly where his duties involved leading property management, maintenance and leasing teams serving multiple healthcare systems and institutional investors throughout the Southeast. His clients included Novant Health, The University of Tennessee, UVA Health, Welltower and CNL Healthcare Properties. Mr. Overcash began his career as an accounting specialist at US Bank in its global corporate trust department.
