Gus Ktistakis

Born in Athens Greece, Gus Ktistakis has been in the Real Estate business for 30 years and chose Real Estate as his career because he enjoys working in sales and giving customers the best service. Since Joining Fillmore, he won the Top Salesperson Award in 1996. He is also a Commercial Real Estate specialist, specializing in marketing, sales of warehouses, land, taxpayers, mixed use buildings and apartment buildings in all of Brooklyn. He also specializes in development of properties. He graduated from CSI-Staten Island Community College, where he majored in Computer Engineering, Equipment Technician, and IBM Mechanic Engineering. He currently resides in Bay Ridge with his three wonderful children.
