Over the course of his career, Field has negotiated more than 40 million square feet of leases on behalf of owners and occupiers, with some of his most notable work completed at Tishman Speyer during the development of The Spiral, the firm’s 2.8-million-square-foot property in the Hudson Yards neighborhood, and Morgan North, Tishman Speyer’s redevelopment of the former USPS mail distribution facility.
