Gus Bowen joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2019 and specializes in the underwriting and sale of street retail centers throughout the Southeast. The BCA Street Retail Team focuses entirely on shadow-anchored, multi-tenant outparcels, street retail centers, and specialty shop retail typically falling in the $2-$20M range. Prior to joining BCA, Gus graduated Cum-Laude from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in May of 2019 with a B.A. in Finance.
