Previously, I honed my leadership and management skills, primarily at Sam’s Club. I held the position of Club Manager at four different locations across three states from 2018 to 2025. During my tenure, I successfully spearheaded significant remodeling projects, optimized facility operations, and achieved substantial sales and profit milestones. Additionally, I demonstrated exceptional talent in reducing shrinkage and fostering associate engagement, consistently achieving the highest associate engagement scores in multiple markets. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in developing numerous managers and associates, contributing to their promotions within the company. Before becoming a Club Manager, I held roles as a Merchandise and Operations Manager and an Assistant Club Manager, where I focused on driving membership, merchandising, sales, and financial performance. My career began as a Field Intern, where I gained comprehensive experience in various business areas and became the first intern to later advance to the position of Club Manager.
