Griffin Farriss

Griffin Farriss is a Senior Vice President in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, Griffin represents institutional owners, investors, and occupiers of industrial real estate throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. He is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, executing leasing and sale transactions, and providing strategic advisory services to both landlords and tenants. Prior to joining Stream, Griffin was a Principal at Cresa in Los Angeles where he specialized in industrial tenant and occupier representation. With over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Griffin has completed leasing and sales transactions valued at more than $1 billion.
