He joined the commercial real estate team at Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate in 2012 . His skills and experience include tenant and buyer representation, landlord and seller representation, property management, investments, and development/buildout management. Mr. Keefer has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for 10+ years as an Owner/Manager of industrial and office properties. He is currently President and/or Managing Member of several private commercial real estate LLC’s focused in northeastern Pennsylvania with holdings in Industrial and Office sectors of the market.
