Grier Godwin

Grier joined Lee & Associates in 2020 where he will focus on retail and investment properties. A native of Raleigh, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in psychology. After college, he worked for a local family office managing their real estate and retail investments in Raleigh and several other strategic markets across North Carolina. In this role, he was actively involved with other public and private entities in the creation and branding of Glenwood South, Raleigh’s most vibrant entertainment district.
