Gregory Wilkins

Gregory is a third-generation member of the Wilkins family and like his father and grandfather before him, he is dedicated to midlands real estate development and property investment. Gregory speaks fluent Spanish as he lived for several years in Costa Rica as a teenager before returning to Lexington with his family. He graduated from the University of South Carolina and joined the Southern Visions team in 2010. “What I believe makes this area unique,” he says, “is its great diversity of people and cultures. It has undergone great change in the past 20 years, from a small, sleepy southern town to a booming center of commerce and industry—notably Amazon and Nephron Pharmaceuticals, most recently. The crown jewel is Lake Murray, and it is something to be very proud of.” Gregory also is a Southern Visions agent for Charleston. His recreational passions are surfing, hiking and scuba diving.
