Gregory Karlson

Greg Karlson has in-depth knowledge of the real estate and the people in Highlands County, because he grew up here. In fact, he graduated from Lake Placid High School, and has decades of experience listing and selling real estate in the Heartland area. After graduating from Florida Southern with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, he obtained his real estate license. At the beginning of his real estate career, he chose to work with some of the highest accredited professionals in the industry, who had designations of MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). As his passion for residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate grew, Greg opened his own real estate office in 2004 in Sebring. Starting with just four associates and $10 Million in listings, they quickly grew to $35 Million in sales within a year. They now have over 30 associates specializing in residential, commercial, agriculture, and rentals/property management. They also lease commercial properties and have added a residential rental division to expand their offerings.
