Gregory Hoyt

Greg joined Arizona Industrial Properties in 1986 two years after joining Bryan Industrial Properties in California. He has accumulated more than 38 years’ experience in Brokerage, Development and Property Management. Greg oversees all operations at Arizona Industrial Properties in Arizona and Bryan Industrial Properties in California, leading all phases of the real estate acquisition and development processes in both Arizona and California. Specific responsibilities include project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight. He also provides leadership for both organizations with a long-term focus while maintaining the agility of a small privately held business. Greg currently serves on the Thunderbirds Charities Board, the MVP Foundation Board and is the Chairman of The R. S. Hoyt, Jr. Family Foundation. Past positions, to name a few, include Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman in 2004 and past FRYS.COM Tournament Chairman in 2007. Greg also has served multiple terms on the Brophy College Preparatory Board of Trustees, the Gonzaga University Board of Regents and 18 years on the board of The First Tee of Phoenix. Greg is a current Life member of The Thunderbirds and the EC70. Greg thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the real estate business and his philanthropies. Greg and his wife, Becca, love spending time with their friends and especially love spending time with their adult children any chance they get. Greg also loves to golf, travel, fish, hike, bike, cook and anything on the water.
