Greg Ellis is the Portfolio Manager for Harvey Hanna & Associates (HHA), a leading real estate development company. Greg joins the team with over 33 years of experience in real estate, including expertise in commercial/industrial leasing, portfolio management, with a strong history and an industry-wide reputation for delivering results. As Portfolio Manager, Greg will oversee HHA’s diverse real estate portfolio, focusing on optimizing asset performance ensuring strategic growth and operational excellence. His leadership and vision will play a critical role in strengthening HHA’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable real estate solutions. Greg brings extensive knowledge to HHA, stemming from his distinguished career at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties, where he served as a principal and sales manager. During his tenure, Greg specialized in corporate property and investment sales, as well as tenant representation for office, industrial, and retail leasing. Greg’s experience spans a wide range of real estate transactions, including office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, and land. Beyond brokerage, Greg also served as a founder and a principal of Rockford Capital Partners, a private real estate firm specializing in acquiring, repositioning, and managing commercial assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Other notable experience includes managing MBNA America Bank’s Corporate Real Estate Department, where he led property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions across the United States, as well as handling due diligence for zoning, environmental, and use compliance. Greg graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and pursued graduate studies in real estate at Johns Hopkins University. He is actively involved in many real estate and economic development trade organizations, including serving as Past- President of The Committee of 100. Greg’s commitment to community is evident through his leadership roles, including serving as Past-President of the Delaware Zoological Society and other civic organizations.
