
As a broker, Gregory Anderson's primary duty is strategic planning, envisioning the position of the company’s growth, measured by 6 month incremental time-frames. That is the primary focus; however there are day–to-day operations that are needed. Including general overhead, accurate account management for AR/AP, taxes, etc… Internal stability and maintenance are essential to success and growth. Marketing, inventory management, client relationship, maintaining numerous transactions, etc… As a broker; Gregory does a lot and is sure fellow brokers can relate, but he loves what he does and finds so much joy in helping people. He is constantly working towards self-improvement, staying abreast with the latest in the industry, knowledge is the key.
