Gregg Shapiro

Gregg is a managing director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the southeastern United States. Gregg started at HFF in August 2012. Before that, he founded SRE Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate capital markets advisory business. Prior to that, he worked as senior vice president and chief financial officer at GDC Properties, LLC. He began his career in real estate at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., where he served as senior portfolio director at the firm.
