Gregg Davis

Gregg Davis began working in the commercial real estate industry in 2002. As an intern in cooperation with The College of Idaho, Gregg began learning the intricate workings of the commercial real estate and property management industry from the ground up. Gregg transitioned to the real estate sales and brokerage in 2006 but continued to advance in property management and within Commercial Northwest. In January 2006 Gregg obtained his real estate salesperson’s license. In 2010, Gregg has devoted over 20 years to learning the real estate market in the Treasure Valley. He began as a real estate investor, flipping houses in 2000. Today, he assists his clients in buying, selling and brokering investment property, development land, and owner occupied properties. In 2016 Gregg's focus became selling commercial real estate. In those 4.5 years, Gregg has closed over $70 million in commercial real estate. Gregg received his BA in Business Management and Finance from (Albertson) College of Idaho in 2003. Gregg, his wife Gina, and their two children live in Nampa, Idaho.
