Gregg Amaral

Gregg Amaral began his real estate career in residential brokerage, generating over $100 million in personal sales volume before founding his own brokerage firm. Over the following eight years, the company facilitated more than $500 million in sales and leasing transactions before being acquired by Anywhere Real Estate. During that same period, Gregg expanded heavily into real estate investment and ownership, participating in the acquisition, repositioning, management, and disposition of more than 500 multifamily units alongside his investment teams. Following the formation of GDA Capital, GDA Development, and GDA Property Management, Gregg launched GDA Properties to further support the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and management of the firm’s growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
