Greg Nunes

Greg Nunes is a third generation farmer and a Realtor/Broker who was born and raised in Patterson, with family roots in the area that reach back to the 1920s. Greg was raised with a strong work ethic and more importantly, with honesty and integrity being a priority in his life. Greg has over 45 years of farming experience in the Patterson area and has grown many different crops. Due to the bleak economic future that farmers were experiencing in the late 1990s, Greg started selling real estate in 2001. In 2004, Greg received his Broker's license and started his own firm, Greg Nunes Realty, which is located in the same building on North Third Street in Patterson, that his grandfather, Alfred Gaspar, built and sold real estate from in the 1950s, 60s, and 70s.
