Greg Matzel
Greg Matzel is owner and President of Matzel Development, a New Jersey and Pennsylvania-based real estate developer specializing in commercial, resort, recreational, and residential development and construction. Greg was one of the three founding members of Matzel and Mumford, one of New Jersey's largest developers, which was ultimately acquired by K. Hovnanian. Upon his departure from Matzel and Mumford, Greg formed Matzel Development and has been operating under that name for the past 11 years. Through his career, Mr. Matzel has been directly involved in the development of thousands of residential homes. In addition, he has been involved in numerous commercial, resort, recreational, and residential development and construction projects. Matzel Development is known throughout the building industry for insightful planning, superior construction quality and timely delivery of its products within full compliance of environmental and all other regulatory guidelines. Past projects include hotels, rental communities, recreation facilities, corporate office parks and residential communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida.
