He has been active in commercial real estate since 1993. He left the big commercial companies behind because he prefers to be more entrepreneurial in his efforts. He knows and has done deals with many of the owners, developers and brokers that are active in this market. This has greatly aided his efforts in finalizing sale & lease transactions for my clients.
