In 2020, Greg represented the Tenant (Manscaped) in one of the largest Industrial leases by SF completed in the Central San Diego Market for Q1-2020. 85,824 SF with a total consideration of over $10 Million. Greg leveraged his senior level broker relationships with the Listing team and Ownership, CapRock Partners to help the client get real-time feedback and responses which provided an accelerated timeline that was beneficial for the client’s growth needs.
