Greg Hartline is a native Kansan. He was an adjunct professor of music at Washburn University in Topeka for many years before moving to San Diego and eventually Las Vegas. He has been a Las Vegas Real Estate Broker for 16 years, so he brings a great understanding to this dynamic and specialized market. He is currently the broker of Hartline Properties, a firm engaged in residential and commercial brokerage and property management. Greg also teaches part time at the College of Southern Nevada. He has taught Principles of Real Estate, Management, Marketing and other business classes. Greg is a past director of the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas and a past director of the Commercial Marketing Group. He has appeared as an expert witness in litigation procedures involving Real Estate. He holds degrees from the University of Kansas, Washburn University and the University of Phoenix, where he received his MBA. He has earned the prestigious CCIM, CPM and CRS designations as well as the Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) credential. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
