Greg Galasso

Greg has been involved in the leasing and sale of millions of square feet of R&D and Industrial product in Silicon Valley. He has worked on transactions as simple as month-to-month leases and as complex as build-to-suits for Hyundai Electronics of America, and Philips Electronics North America Corporation. Greg joined Colliers International in 1984. Since joining the company, Greg has been involved in the sales and leasing of R&D Industrial product and land. His clientele includes start-ups as well as some of the more established companies and owners in Silicon Valley. Greg has completed some of the more notable transactions in Silicon Valley such as the US Headquarters for Hynix Semiconductor America and the establishment of the Silicon Valley Center for Philips Electronics. Greg has completed transactions in excess of $1 billion in consideration over his 23 year career. Greg has also completed over 1 million square feet of transactions for both Philips and Hynix. Greg is a member of SIOR and has established contacts throughout the US with the 2,000 plus premier brokers that are member of SIOR. Having transaction experience in many of the larger cities in the US, Greg is accustomed to dealing with multi-national organizations.
