Greg Frick is a Founding Partner of HFO Investment Real Estate and one of the Pacific Northwest’s most recognized multifamily investment sales advisors. Since beginning his career in 1992, Greg has specialized exclusively in apartment investment sales throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington, representing both private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Over the course of his career, Greg has been involved in the sale of more than 42,000 apartment units and over $6.2 billion in apartment transactions throughout the region. He is widely respected for his deep market knowledge, straightforward approach, and long standing relationships within the multifamily industry. Greg’s experience ranges from smaller private client transactions to large institutional portfolio sales, with a focus on helping clients navigate changing market cycles, operational challenges, and investment strategies. As one of the founding partners of HFO, Greg helped build the company into the leading apartment brokerage firm in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
