Greg Fail
Greg has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1986 and has lived in the Dallas area for more than 35 years.
Greg Fail joined McNeff Companies in April of 1990 as Director of Marketing. He has facilitated transactions totaling millions of dollars and hundreds of thousand of square feet. Over the past thirty years, Greg has developed a broad-based knowledge of real estate ranging from acquisition and management of income-producing property to representation of tenants in commercial lease transactions. He has gained specialized expertise in office and industrial leasing and has represented national and multi-national firms in build-to-suit negotiations as well as the purchase or lease of existing facilities. Greg has assisted in the organization and management of assets in the "real estate owned" division of what was once the largest bank in Dallas. Greg was born in Waco, Texas and has lived in Dallas for over thirty-five years. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in real estate, from The University of Texas at Arlington.
