Greg Engel has over 25 years of extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate with $1B+ in sales, including hundreds of transactions closed on the sides of buyers, sellers, investors and corporate offices. Prior to his venture in Commercial Real Estate, Greg was President and Senior Director of a physician’s service company for 20+ years, opening practices throughout Southern California including dental and medical centers while handling the leasing and purchasing of prospective locations. Greg personally and successfully negotiates the sales and purchases of a wide variety of asset classes including multi-family, land, retail, entertainment venues, development sites, religious properties, distressed properties. Greg and his team specialize in the execution of creative real estate marketing strategies and principles across all property types.
