Greg Christovich is known industry-wide as one of the leaders in disposition-related skill and experience. Over the past ten years, Greg was instrumental in the successful turnaround of the distressed American Golf Corporation and has personally overseen the disposition of more than three dozen lender workouts for Bank of America, Synovus, Wells Fargo-Lennar Partners, Textron Financial Corporation, and RBC Bank. At American Golf as Vice-President of Operations, Greg assumed turnaround responsibility for seven troubled sub-regions in the company, disposing of over a dozen distressed assets and third-party leases, culminating in the turnaround of the Company's Texas-Oklahoma region, a portfolio doing over $300 million in annual revenues, and ultimately helping facilitate the sale of American Golf to the Goldman Sachs/Starwood investment group in 2003. As Chief Operating Officer of Kitson and Partners Club Services, Greg supervised the successful turnaround and disposition of golf courses in ten states for multiple lenders, including 22 courses foreclosed on by Bank of America from 2003 to 2006. Greg's unmatched client communication skills, along with his ability to provide accurate and timely financial projections have made him one of the most reputable workout specialists in the country. Greg has over 20 years of experience in Private, Public, and resort golf and real estate experience. He is a graduate of The Florida State University Dedman School of Hospitality with a BS in Business Administration.
