Greg Capps brings over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in life sciences and biotechnology. As Executive Vice President of Occupier Services at Colliers’ Raleigh office, Greg is a key member of the National Life Science Practice Group. He focuses on delivering strategic real estate solutions for life science companies across North Carolina and the Southeast region. Throughout his career, Greg has worked with a diverse range of clients in the life science sector, providing tailored real estate solutions to meet the unique needs of these industries. His expertise in the development and leasing of specialized facilities has been instrumental in supporting the growth and innovation of his clients. Greg joined Colliers after serving as Regional Managing Director for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately held investor and developer of life science buildings in the United States. In this role, he lead the firm’s growth strategy and expanded its presence in North Carolina, overseeing a portfolio of over 4.5 million square feet of existing lab product and development pipeline. His career also includes positions with Newmark Knight Frank, Savills, TriProperties, Inc., and JLL, where he honed his skills in leasing, business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
