Greg Blake

Gregory D. Blake has spent over 25 years in multiple real estate related disciplines including residential sales, commercial sales and leasing and real estate appraisal. Greg currently works in Newport Beach, California as the Chief Financial Officer and a top sales associate of a Wall Street Journal Top 20 Sales Team for an internationally recognized residential real estate brand. Prior to that he he served as the President of Blue River Advisors, handling the sales and marketing of over one billion dollars of second home and resort projects primarily in the Western United States, Mexico and Canada; including multiple projects in Hawaii. Greg has been a licensed real estate broker in California, Utah, Nevada and Idaho and currently is active in California and Utah. He received an MBA from the Marriott School of Management in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
