I have been a real estate agent for over 14 years with 500+ sales on single family homes, multifamily homes and commercial properties. I am straight forward with all my clients and expect them to be the same. We are looking for the best results for them in the purchasing or selling. We have to be on the same page to make it happen. My clients enjoy that experience with me because they are not sugarcoated when something with an issue arises. Another benefit for my clients is that I was a residential lender, which is great for my clients where I can help with some questions. Now about me: I have a wife, 3 children and 2 grandchildren. We enjoy going to sporting evens if the kids or grand kids are involved. My wife and I enjoy going on cruises about once a year for a little R and R. :) We also love riding our Polaris Sling Shot in the evenings to watch the sunsets.
