Grayson Hawkins

Shoreline Real Estate Capital (“Shoreline”) is a real estate investment company dedicated to delivering superior risk adjusted returns through the acquisition, asset management and disposition of commercial real estate in the Southeastern United States. Prior to founding Shoreline, Grayson Hawkins worked at CBRE for 10 years, most recently as a partner on the Carolinas Institutional Properties Team. Prior to joining CBRE in Charlotte in 2017, Grayson worked for CBRE in Atlanta as a member the Debt & Structured Finance group. In Atlanta, Grayson assisted in sourcing over $1.5 billion of capital from a variety of international and local lenders, including banks, life companies, conduits and debt funds. Grayson’s total capital markets transaction experience is in excess of $6 billion.
