Graydon Schroer

Grady is focused on sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisitions and joint ventures. He plays an integral role in St. Croix Capital’s internal acquisition platform, where he is responsible for off-market deal origination, financial underwriting, market analysis, and supporting capital structuring efforts for retail, office, and industrial investments and developments. Grady works closely with ownership, operating partners, and third-party brokers to identify mispriced or transitional assets, evaluate risk-adjusted return profiles, and advance transactions from initial sourcing through closing. Grady holds a degree in Finance, which provides a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets. His academic background supports his role in underwriting, risk assessment, and investment decision-making across the Fund’s retail and industrial acquisition strategy.
