Gray Rodgers

Gray Rodgers works as Vice President – Investments for Skybridge Group. His brokerage experience has involved deals in all commercial asset classes with a general focus on investment properties in the Triangle region. From acquisition to disposition, Gray works closely with investors and developers to achieve an asset’s highest potential through a value-add investment strategy. His work, knowledge and experience in finance gives him a greater understanding of market conditions, and helps him to execute his client’s needs. Gray is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors and has received multiple Millionaire Sales Club awards. Gray holds a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University. In his spare time, Gray is an avid cyclist, outdoorsman and volunteers his time with several Raleigh based charitable organizations.
