Gray is an Associate broker in Avison Young’s Charlotte office and specializes in Industrial Brokerage. Gray has been with Avison Young for over two years and his primary responsibilities include tenant and landlord advisory, land disposition and acquisitions, and investment analysis. Gray is a Charlotte native and is very knowledgeable in the Charlotte market as well as surrounding markets. Gray is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. Gray attended North Carolina State University where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Prior to joining Avison Young, Gray interned for another commercial real estate firm for 3 years while in school.
