Grant Wright

Grant Wright joined CBRE|Hubbell as a sales associate in 2018. A native of Norwalk, Iowa, Grant is a 2018 graduate of Buena Vista University where he earned a double major in Finance and Accounting. Grant excelled at Buena Vista as a captain of the varsity basketball team, Dean’s List honoree for all eight semesters, and a recipient of the 2018 Iowa Governor’s Award for Volunteer Service. Licensed in the state of Iowa, Grant has joined and become a valued member of the Wright|Pendroy team, partnering on all projects with Chris Pendroy and Bill Wright, whom combined have nearly 50 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a compliment to the team, Grant possesses strong analytical skills, a passion to learn, and a fresh, innovative mindset. Grant is primarily responsible for the team’s technology improvements, implementation of marketing plans, and organization of the team’s weekly meetings.
