Grant Pearson

As Vice President of Industrial Development in the south and central regions of Texas, Grant has responsibility for the regional development of industrial properties. In 2018 he opened the Houston office with a 320,000 SF development in the Northeast market. He followed with another Northeast development, Parc 59. Additional Houston developments are scheduled to start construction in 2020. Expansion into the south Texas industrial market is planned for 2021. With more than 3.5 Million SF of development added to his resume since joining Jackson Shaw, Grant has applied his SMU engineering degree and problem solving skills to see projects through to a successful end. His previous real estate experience with Hillwood included the acquisition and development of domestic and international distribution and warehousing projects adds additional benefit to his capability as the regional development principal at Jackson Shaw. Grant is a member of the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo and the Swine Auction Committee. His real estate interests include membership in the Houston NAIOP and ACRP.
