Grant Oldenburg

Grant joined Stratus Property Group in 2021 representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of restaurant and retail properties. He is experienced in transaction management, negotiation, financial analysis, and restaurant operations. Prior to joining Stratus, Grant graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BBA in Finance. Since 2015, Grant has acquired commercial real estate in the southeast from local trustee sales and has formed a multifaceted understanding of the business.
